EDUCATION
Carlos holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Navarra and has postgraduate studies from IESE Business School and UNED Business School.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Before Executive Search, Carlos Lanzón worked in Europe and Latin America with several companies (mainly banks) as a Manager in a Management Consulting Firm. He joined Signium in 2013 as Partner in the Mexico City Office and is also member of the Global Financial Sector Practice.
Carlos has completed hundreds of searches across all functional disciplines in Senior Management, both for local- and international positions based in Mexico. He is also President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce Human Resources Committee, has been visiting professor of IGOME, Luxury Lab (Miami University), ITAM and ITESM and has collaborated as columnist with Forbes Magazine and as a lecturer in Talent Management around the Mexican Republic.
