PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Felipa has more than 25 years of professional experience in Executive Searh. She was one of the founders of Heidrick & Struggles in Portugal, having accumulated in its functions the responsibility of the start-up of the office in Angola, the business development in Mozambique, and also the responsibility of managing the Lisbon office, within both areas, Executive Search and Leadership Consulting projects. Felipa was a CFO in a TMT and Services Group, having also been Financial Director of the Lisbon Oceanarium and the Multipurpose Pavilion, with responsibilities from the start-up phase of the specifications for its construction until the delivery of the project and its operational management. Previously she worked as a Controller at Danone International Brands and as Senior Associate at KPMG.
