EDUCATION

Carolina has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain), a Master in Corporate Law (LLM) and a MBA from the IE Business School (Spain). During one year of her Bachelor’s Carolina studied at the Sacred Heart Catholic University in Milan (Italy) and completed a semester of her Master in Law at Northwestern University School of Law (Chicago, USA).

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

She has over six years’ professional experience in legal and professional services. Before joining Signium International, Carolina worked in the legal department at Ernst & Young as Legal Counsel in international commerce, corporate law and new technologies and as a Junior Lawyer at the British law firm, Hammonds (current Squire Sanders). Since joining Signium International, Carolina has specialized in the Professional Services Practice, in which she works for leading national and international legal and consulting firms..
