Membership in effect since October 2011, strengthens the position of Signium in the European market. Snowdon Tate was co-founded by Beth Cauldwell, Alastair Paton and David Sneesby in 2004. They have 40 years of experience in Executive Search and have conducted searches in different countries around the world. Now occupy a leading position in the executive search market in the UK. The clients of Snowdon Tate, today Signium International UK, are both multinational corporations and small businesses locales. The firm conducts searches for executives and directors and senior managers of all functional disciplines.
